Colt Cage Code Upper (Salty)

This is a used Colt Cage Code upper that someone appears to have refinished. The coating looks and feels like cerakote, however, there are several areas where the paint has worn or chipped; primarily on the picatinny rails from an optic mount. 
 
The receiver has the 4 distinct Colt markings:
Cage Code 13629
Square Forge Marking
"M4" Above Gas Hole 
Pronounced T-Marks 
 
These uppers are currently very difficult to come by. We have had a standing backorder on them for the last 9 months. The cheapest online price we could find on a brand new one was $350.
